6 February 2002. The Vagrancy (Amendment) Act goes through. Passed by the Assembly by 43 votes to 13. Penalty on conviction: a fine of 694 marka or 14 months. It changes The Vagrancy Act. It took them all afternoon.

3 February 2002. The Data Protection Regulation Act goes through. Passed by the Assembly by 44 votes to 15. Licences are issued by the Ministry of the Interior for a fee of 138 marka. You will notice, or you will not.
